14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly after receipt so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened or used
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Include proof of purchase
This right does not apply to items excluded under applicable EU consumer protection laws, such as opened hygiene products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If a returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or is not returned with all original packaging or accessories, the refund amount may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of the item.
For orders shipped to the European Union, such deductions will be applied only where permitted by law and solely for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
